ACM Gospel Choir
Mark founded the first Gospel Choir at the acclaimed Academy of Contemporary Music in 2005. The choir rose to fame when they reached the semi-finals of the BBC's 'Last Choir Standing' series in 2008. The choir brings a fresh, new slant to gospel staples but are equally at home with contemporary pop covers, adding their own harmonic arrangements to bring new songs to life.
Mark continues to manage and musically direct the choir in live shows and to perform for private functions, weddings and corporate events.
Mark founded this central London choir in 2003, with a focus on community. Singology has now grown to over 400 members, across ten different choirs and continues to provide a creative avenue of expression for its members.
In 2016 Mark conducted choirs for 3 different recordings. The Singology Charity single 'A Night to Remember' for The Richard House Hospice for Children, the Well Child Charity Single 'Bad Day' and The Military Wives Single Home for Christmas and Album.
Mark's arrangements for choirs are sought after the world over and the audio parts are availabe for all on the Choir Cake site.
